FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

You're telling me you don't negotiate?
We absolutely negotiate, its just that rather than you spending countless hours haggling back and forth with some ficticious person that a typical sales person would be getting approval from; we simply haggled with ourselves and determined what the absolute rock bottom price we'd sell it for is, and then we clearly post it on every vehicle for anyone and everyone to be able to take advantage of.

How do you come up with your so called rock bottom price?
All goods and services which exchange hands are priced based on supply & demand. We look at what is sold in our market and what the average transaction price is, we also utilize independent 3rd party consumer web sites and we make sure that our prices are at or below the market. If a vehicle is extremely hard to come by it might yield a slightly higher margin, vice versa if there are an excess number of a particular model in stock or something has been in inventory for an extended period of time the margin is compressed, sometimes significantly.

Can I buy this vehicle cheaper somewhere else?
Perhaps you could attain a lower selling price, but its important not to be fooled by dealerships that focus on the "sale" price. Most negotiating dealerships will gladly give up the few hundred dollars they lose on the price of the car, because they make it up on things like the trade in, aftermarket products and accessories, financing and finance products. Consumers tend to relax during the remainder of the purchase transaction once they've negotiated the selling price, as a result they end up paying substantially more for warranties, insurance, interest rates etc. than the few hundred dollars they saved on the price in the first place. It is for this reason that our customers receive our lowest One Price for every product or service we provide. If you were to compare the actual total transaction price and payments side by side, chances are we would be much lower.

How do trade-ins work?
This is something we take a lot of pride in, it is our belief that we present you with the absolute highest number we can pay you for your trade-in, first and foremost, unlike traditional dealerships that try and give you the lowest number they think they can give you without you running out the door. We love that customer who says "you got 1 chance to earn my business, just 1", we believe that's the way it should be.

I want a discount beyond your One Price.
We respect where you are coming from and appreciate the fact that you want to leave here feeling comfortable about your vehicle and what it cost you. Please understand that it is the unpleasant feeling of not knowing whether or not you got the lowest price that creates the need to ask for more of a discount. It is imperative that you realize that we passionately believe everyone deserves to get a great car at a great price while receiving world class service. Whether you are the Govenor of California or an 18 year old serving in the Coast Guard purchasing your first car, everyone pays the exact same price... And isn't that the way it should be?

Ok fine... But I want you to throw in xxxx or I won't buy it.
Once again it is our hope that our customers understand why we do what we do, more so than just what we do. We are about creating a car shoping experience that exceeds our customers expectations. We feel that any person should be able to go out and buy a vehicle and be treated with respect and pay an extremely fair price, regardless of their nogotiating skills. If we deviated from this philosophy even in the slightest bit, who we are as a company and what we say would not mean anything.
